comments: The window in the earthy exterior of this work opens to a radiant interior.  The internal illumination is provided by many very small lights not visible from the outside, but that are reflected from the gold and silver spheres that accent the internal design.  A twelve volt AC transformer provides power.  The self-illumination aspects of this piece are best viewed under dim room lighting; the first detail photo approximates the appearance of the piece as viewed under dim conditions.
